While viewing the preview, make the following settings, then start scanning.

First, scan the entire object.
Drag to specify the rescanning area.
Click the [ ] button.
Drag to verify the area to rescan.
Click the [ ] button.
If necessary, change the scanning pitch, then click [Scan].
Creating New Polygons
Click the [Create Polygon Mesh...] button.
Select the parameters for creating a polygon mesh, then click [OK].
If the polygon mesh is not what was intended, change the parameters and create it again.
