Troubleshooting

If you have concerns or difficulites with your SaecoVenus, here are some possible ideas for solutions. If you need further assistance, please contact Saeco Customer Service at 1-800-933-7876.

 

PROBLEM

SOLUTION

 

Machine does not work.

Coffeemaker is not plugged in.

 

 

Check outlet (power source); Fuse may be out.

 

There are coffee grounds in
