HINTS FOR BROILING

Watch food to avoid over-browning or burning.

Do not place aluminum foil on top of Broiling Insert. Doing this traps grease and can cause a fire.

When broiling, trim excess fats from meat and score edges to reduce curling, splattering and smoking.

Always thaw meat before broiling.
