Peanut Butter |

1 cup (250 ml) | roasted peanuts |
1 tbsp. (15 ml) | peanut oil |
1/2 tsp. (5 ml) | salt |
Put all ingredients in the chopper and blend on speed 5 stopping every 30 seconds to scrape down sides of bowl. Blend until desired consistency is reached. Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
Chocolate or Graham Crumbs

Using the chopper, process on speed 2 until fine crumbs. For use as base in cheesecake recipes.
