9.When making froth for cappuccino, hold the Frothing Attachment below the surface of the cold milk. Do not touch the bottom of the pitcher with the Frothing Attachment. While frothing, move the pitcher in a circular motion then up and down for best results. This allows the steam to mix with air to create rich, creamy froth. Foam should be dense with small, closely packed bubbles for rich taste and long-lasting foam.

10.Wipe the Frothing Attachment with a clean, damp cloth.

11.To complete your cup of cappuccino, take the cup of espresso from the Cup Warmer, pour 1 ounce of steamed milk into espresso and spoon the froth on top of the coffee.

For the final touch, sprinkle cinnamon, nutmeg, chocolate shavings, cocoa powder, etc. on top of the froth.
