Adjusting Your FPD

PowerSaver

This FPD has a built-in power management system called PowerSaver. This system saves energy by switching your FPD into a low-power mode when it has not been used for a certain amount of time. The available modes are “On”, “Standby”, “Sleep Mode”, and “Deep Sleep Mode”

NOTE: This FPD automatically returns to normal operation when horizontal and vertical sync return. This occurs when you move the computer’s mouse or press a key on the key- board.

For energy conservation, turn your monitor OFF when it is not needed, or when leaving it unattended for long periods.

NOTE: Screen saver video patterns designed for use with CRT-based monitors are not recom- mended for use with your FPD since they may not extinguish the FPD’s back light resulting in premature aging.
