TROUBLE SHOOTING
SYMPTOM CHECK AND ACTION
Tray is not ejected. –Check if the power is turned on.
The unit does not play –Check if a disc is loaded.
Tray is ejected. –Check if a disc is contaminated or damaged.
Remove disc, clean it and insert again.
–Check if a disc is seated properly.
Video or audio is muted, or tray –Check for condensation in unit.
