Убедитесь, что проверка на утечку газа выполнена до завершения процесса установки (до прокладки соединительных трубок и шланга между внутренним и наружным блоками, до изоляции электропроводов, шланга и трубок и до крепления внутреннего блока к монтажной пластине).

Чтобы проверить отсутствие утечек газа на наружном блоке,

Проверьте вентили А и В с помощью детектора утечки.

Чтобы проверить отсутствие утечек газа на внутреннем блоке,

Проверьте накидные гайки C и D с помощью детектора утечки.

Испытание на герметичность азотом (до открывания вентилей) (09/12/18/24EG/F)

Чтобы обнаружить наличие основных утечек хладагента, монтажник до создания вакуума и рециркуляции хладагента R410A обязан проверить на герметичность всю систему азотом (пользуясь баллоном с редуктором) под давлением выше 40 бар (показание на манометре).

Испытание на герметичность хладагентом R410A (после открывания вентилей)

Перед открыванием вентилей выпустите из системы весь азот и создайте вакуум в соответствии с указаниями, приведенными на стр. 34 ~ 36.

После открывания вентилей проверьте утечку с помощью детектора утечки хладагента.

Откачка (перед отключением соединительных трубок хладагента для ремонта блока, удаления или избавления).

Откачка – это операция, предназначенная для сбора хладагента со всей системы наружного блока.

Эта операция должна осуществляться до отсоединения трубок хладагента, чтобы не допустить утечки хладагента в атмосферу.

Закройте вентиль жидкости универсальным гаечным ключом.

Включите систему на охлаждение вентилятором, работающим на высокой скорости. (Немедленно включится компрессор, если после его последней остановки прошло 3 минуты).

Через 2 минуты работы закройте тем же ключом вентиль всасывания.

Выключите систему и отключитесь от сети электропитания.

Отсоедините трубки. После отсоединния, защитите вентили и концы трубок от пыли.

Компрессор может повредиться, если он будет работать при отрицательном давлении всасывания.
