Монтиране и свързване на свързващата тръба на вътрешното тяло

Свържете вътрешното и външното тяло с доставени на място медни тръби чрез гайките. Използвайте единствено изолирана безшевна охладителна тръба (тип Cu DHP според ISO1337), обезмаслена и деоксидирана, подходяща за работно налягане от най-малко 4200 kPa и за разрушаващо налягане от най-малко 20700 kPa. При никакви обстоятелства не трябва да бъдат използвани санитарни медни тръби.

Има 2 охладителни тръби с различен диаметър:

•По-малката е за течния хладилен агент

•По-голямата е за газовия хладилен агент

На климатика вече е поставена една къса тръбичка. Може да ви се наложи да удължите тръбичката като използвате свързващия маркуч. (незадължително)

Процедурата по свързване за охладителна тръба е различна в

Отрежете необходимото парче от задната страна на вътрешното

Загладете ръбовете.

Махнете предпазните капачки на тръбите и свържете свързващата

динамометричен ключ, като упражнявате следната сила:

ЗАБЕЛЕЖКА

4.Изрежете оставащата изолационна пяна.

5.Ако е необходимо, огънете тръбата, за да легне по дъното на вътрешното тяло. После я издърпайте през съответната дупка.

Тръбата не трябва да стърчи от задната част на вътрешното тяло.

Радиусът на огъване трябва да бъде 100 мм или повече.

6.Прокарайте тръбата през дупката в стената.

7.За по-нататъшни подробности по свързването на външното тяло и прочистване на въздуха, погледнете страница 34~36.

• Тръбата ще бъде изолирана и закрепена за постоянно на място след приключване на монтажа и проверката ЗАБЕЛЕЖКА за изтичане на газ; погледнете страница 37 за повече подробности.

•Затегнете конусната гайка с динамометричен гаечен ключ по посочения метод. Ако конусната гайка бъде

 

пренатегната, конусът може да се наруши и да причини теч на хладилен газ.
