Ako koristite multi sistem, konzultirajte priručnik koji dolazi uz vanjsku jedinicu.

Pobrinite se da provjerite curi li plin prije dovršetka postupka ugradnje (spajanja spojne cijevi i crijeva između unutarnje i vanjske jedinice, izolacije kabela, crijeva i cijevi i učvršćivanja unutarnje jedinice na ugradbenu ploču).

Kako biste provjerili curi li plin na vanjskoj jedinici,

Provjerite ventil A i B koristeći detektor curenja.

Kako biste provjerili curi li plin na unutarnjoj jedinici,

Provjerite hermeto spojnicu C i D koristeći detektor curenja.

ISPITIVANJE CURENJA POMOĆU DUŠIKA (prije otvaranja ventila)

Odgovornost je instalatera da izvrši prešurizaciju cijelog sustava pomoću dušika (koristeći cilindar sa redukcijom tlaka) na vrijednost iznad 40 bara, prije ponovnog vakumiranja i punjenja cirkulacijskog sustava sredstvom R410A, a u cilju provođenja osnovnog ispitivanja curenja plina.

ISPITIVANJE CURENJA POMOĆU R410A (nakon otvaranja ventila)

Prije otvaranja ventila, ispraznite sav dušik iz sustava i napravite vakum prema uputama na strani 36~38. Nakon otvaranja ventila, provjerite curenje rashladnog sredstva pomoću ispitivača curenja.

CRPLJENJE (prije odspajanja vodova rashladnog sredstva radi popravka, uklan-janja ili odlaganja uređaja)

Crpljenje je postupak namijenjen za prikupljanje cjelokupne količine rashladnog sredstva u vanjskoj jedinici.

Ovaj postupak se mora provesti prije odspajanja cijevi kako bi se izbjeglo istjecanje rashladnog sredstva u atmosferu.

Zatvorite ventil za tekućinu pomoću usadnog ključa.

Uključite sustav i podesite ga na hlađenje uz veliku brzinu rada ventilatora (Kompresor će se odmah pokrenuti, pod uvjetom da su prošle 3 minute od po-sljednjeg pokretanja).

Nakon 2 minute rada, isključite usisni ventil koristeći isti ključ.

Isključite sustav i odspojite el. napajanje.

Odspojite cjevovod. Zatim, zaštitite ventile i krajeve cijevi od prašine.

Kompresor se može oštetiti ako se koristi pri negativnom usisnom tlaku.
