•Az AVCHD formátum egy nagyfelbontású digitális videókamera formátum.

•Az MPEG-4 AVC/H.264 formátum nagyobb hatékonysággal képes tömöríteni a képet, mint a hagyományos képtömörítő formátumok.

•Egyes AVCHD lemezek “x.v.Color” formátumot használnak.

•A lejátszó képes lejátszani az “x.v.Color” formátumú AVCHD lemezeket.

•Az “x.v.Color” a Sony Corporation védjegye.

•Az “AVCHD” és az AVCHD logó a Matsushita Electronic Industrial Co., Ltd. és a Sony Corporation védjegye.
