Sådan bruges det:

•Anbring en bradepande (ingen trefod) i første rille for at opsamle saft fra tilberedningen eller på ovnens bund, hvis det stykke kød, der skal steges, er for stort.

•Skyd et af de to greb på spyddet, og anbring det stykke kød, der skal steges, på spyddet.

•Forkogte kartofler og grøntsager kan anbringes i kanten på bradepanden, så de steges på samme tid.

•Anbring stativet på midten af pladen, og anbring med “v”-udskæringen fremad.

•Til hjælp med at indsætte spyddet kan håndtaget skrues på den sløve ende.

•Placér spyddet i stativet med den spidse ende bagud og skub blidt, indtil spyddets spids går ind i drejemekanismen bagest i ovnen. Spyddets sløve ende skal hvile i “v”- udskæringen. (Spyddet har to små håndtag, der skal være tættest på ovnlågen for at forhindre, at spyddet går fremad. Endvidere fungerer håndtagene også som greb på håndtaget.)

•Inden tilberedning skal du skrue håndtaget af. Efter tilberedningen skal du skrue håndtaget på for lettere at fjerne spyddet fra stativet.

ADVARSEL

Alle tilbehørsdele og alt tilbehør, der ikke er velegnet til selvrensning, skal fjernes inden den pyrolytiske rengøring.
