Habituellement lors de la cuisson d'aliments tels les pizzas ou les tartes, dans un gril ou un four à micro-ondes, la pâte devient sèche. Ceci peut être évité en utilisant un plat à dorer de Samsung; comme une température élevée est atteinte rapidement, la croute devient croustillante et dorée à point.

Le plateau croustillant peut servir à faire cuire du bacon, des œufs, des saucisses, etc.

☛Avant d’utiliser le plateau croustillant, vous devez le préchauffer en sélectionnant le mode combi pendant 3 à 5 minutes.

•Combinaison de convection (250°C) et micro-ondes (niveau de puissance : 600 W ou

1.Préchauffez le plateau croustillant (voir la description ci- dessus).

•Mettez toujours des gants de cuisine pour saisir le plateau croustillant, car il devient très chaud.

2.Si vous voulez faire cuire du bacon ou des oeufs, nous vous conseillons d’enduire le plateau.

3.Placez les aliments sur le plateau croustillant.

•Ne placez aucun objet ne supportant pas la chaleur sur le plateau croustillant, tels que bols en plastique, etc.

4.Placez le plateau croustillant sur le plateau tournant dans le four à micro-ondes.

•Ne placez jamais le plateau croustillant dans le four sans le plateau tournant.

5. Tournez le bouton pour la Commande de la Cuisson sur

le symbole Combi ( ).

6.Sélectionnez le niveau de puissance approprié en

appuyant sur le bouton de Sélection ( ).

7. Réglez le temps de cuisson en faisant tourner la commande rotative jusqu’au temps de cuisson approprié est affiché.

8.Appuyez sur le bouton Démarrer ( ). Résultat : La cuisson commence

◆Lorsque la cuisson est terminée le four émet un bip et le “0” allume quatre fois. Ensuite le signal de rappel sonne une fois toutes les minutes.

Comment nettoyer le plateau croustillant

Nettoyer le plateau croustillant avec de l’eau chaude et un détergent ; puis rincez-le. Ne pas utiliser de grattoir, ni d’éponge métallique, qui risquerait d’endommager la couche de Téflon

☛Comme le plat à dorer est recouvert de Teflon, il peut être abimé si vous l'utilisez incorrectement.

•Ne jamais couper les aliments directement sur le plat. Enlevez-les du plat avant de les découper.

•Retourner les aliments de préférence à l'aide d'une spatule en plastique ou en bois.
