Fonctionnement d'un four à micro-ondes

Les micro-ondes sont des ondes électromagnétiques à haute fréquence. L'énergie qu'elles dégagent permet de faire cuire ou réchauffer les aliments sans en altérer la forme ni la couleur.

Principe de cuisson

1.Les micro-ondes générées par le magnétron

Important : La chaleur se diffusant à l'intérieur des aliments de façon progressive, la cuisson se poursuit en dehors du four.

Les temps de repos mentionnés dans les recettes et dans ce livret doivent donc être respectés afin d'assurer :

•une cuisson uniforme et à cœur

•une température homogène.
