Program Station Key Extenders [MMC 107]
You can view stations’ programmable key assignments and add extenders to some of
these keys for easy one-touch operation of frequently-used features.
An extender is a number that makes the otherwise general function of a programmable
key more specific. For example, adding the digit ‘2’ to a PAGE key (“PAGE2”) defines
this key for paging zone 2 only; and adding ‘25’ to a directed pickup key (“DP25”) de-
fines this key as pickup for extension 25 only. An extender can be assigned at the time
the key function is assigned (using MMC 722 or 723) or can be added later, as de-
scribed here. You can assign extenders to the following programmed keys:

Program Keys
VOLUME UP & DOWN - Used to scroll through options.
KEYPAD - Used to enter selections.
SOFT KEYS - Move cursor left and right.
SPEAKER - Used to store data and advance to next program.
HOLD - Used to clear previous entry.
