zMagicRotation-softwaren fungerer med den installerede "grafikkort-driver", der leveres af producenten af dit skæmkort, for at give mulighed for at rotere skærmen. Hvis den installerede "grafikkort-driver" ikke fungerer korrekt, eller er fejlbehæftet, findes disse fejl stadig, også når MagicRotation-softwaren er installeret.

Enhver forkert/anderledes opførsel, der skyldes problemer i den installerede "grafikkort-driver", skyldes ikke MagicRotation-softwaren.

For at undersøge om der er et problem med den installerede "grafikkort-driver", kan du udføre følgende diagnostiktrin:

1.Kontrollér, om problemet optræder i både 0-rotation (Landskabs-tilstand) og i 90-rotation (Portræt-tilstand).

2.Kontrollér, om problemer optræder i forskellige farvedybder (8/16/32 bit pr. pixel) og forskellige opløsninger (800 x 600, 1024 x 768).

3.Kontrollér, om problemet optræder, når MagicRotation-softwaren ikke er installeret.

Hvis problemet gentages i et eller flere af scenarierne, skyldes det muligvis et problem med din installerede "grafikkort-driver":
