Advanced Editing (Playlist)

Creating a Playlist

Follow these instructions to create a new playlist entry from a recorded title.

										(VR mode)
1	With the unit in Stop mode, press the
	MENU button.
	Press the		…† buttons to select						Playlist, then
2 press the			OK or	√ button.
			DVD-RAM(VR)						Playlist
		Disc Navigation		New Playlist					√
				Edit Playlist					√
			Playlist
		Disc manager
			Programme
			Setup
			MOVE	OK		RETURN			EXIT
	Press the		…† buttons to select						New
3 Playlist, then press the							OK or √ button.
	The Make Scene screen is displayed.
		DVD-RAM(VR)					Make Scene
						Scene No. 001
									Start
						Start	00:00:00		End
			Title List: 1/6
					00:00:10				Make
			New Playlist
			19/APR/2005 12:00			End	00:00:00		Return
			MOVE	OK		RETURN		EXIT
4 Press the			OK button at the start point.

●The image and time at the start point are displayed on the Start window.

●The yellow-coloured selection bar moves to the End item.

●Select the starting point of the section from which you want to create a new scene using the

playback related buttons ( , , ).

5 Press the OK button at the end point.

●The image and end point time are displayed in the End window.

●The yellow-coloured selection bar moves to the Make item.

-To make a new playlist -

Press the OK button to select the Make.

6 A new Scene will be added to the current Playlist. A new Make Scene screen is displayed.

■You can check and see all the scenes on Edit Playlist screen.

NOTE

■Repeat steps 1~6 if you want to make a new playlist.

■Repeat steps 4~6 if you want to make scenes of the playlist.

-To return to Edit Playlist menu -

	Press the		…† buttons to select					Return,
7 then press the				OK button.
	The Edit Playlist screen is displayed.
