•Failu numuri palielinās pēc kārtas, sākot no SAM_0001 līdz pat SAM_9999.

•Mapju numuri palielinās pēc kārtas, sākot no 100PHOTO līdz pat 999PHOTO.

•Maksimālais vienā mapē saglabājamo failu skaits ir 9999.

•Kamera nosaka failu nosaukumus atbilstoši kameras failu sistēmas izveides (Design rule for Camera File system — DCF) standarta prasībām. Ja ar nolūku tiks mainīti failu nosaukumi, kamera, iespējams, nevarēs atskaņot failus.
