Ja tālummaiņas indikators atrodas Intelli diapazonā, kamera izmanto Intelli tālummaiņu. Ja tiek izmantota Intelli tālummaiņa, fotoattēla izšķirtspēja mainās atbilstoši tālummaiņas pakāpei. Izmantojot optisko tālummaiņu kopā ar Intelli tālummaiņu, var pietuvināt līdz pat 10 reizēm.

•Intelli tālummaiņa nav pieejama ar Noteikšanas AF iespēju.

•Intelli tālummaiņa ļauj uzņemt fotoattēlu ar mazāku attēla kvalitātes zudumu, nekā digitālā tālummaiņa. Tomēr, lietojot optisko tālummaiņu, attēla kvalitāte, iespējams, būs zemāka par.

•Intelli tālummaiņa ir pieejama tikai tad, ja ir iestatīts attēla malu samērs 4:3. Iestatot citu malu samēru pie ieslēgtas Intelli tālummaiņas, tā tiks automātiski izslēgta.
