Veuillez vérifier les éléments suivants si la connexion USB est défectueuse.

Scénario 1 Le câble USB n’est pas branché ou il ne s’agit pas du câble USB fourni.

Branchez le câble USB fourni.

Scénario 2 L’appareil photo n’est pas reconnu par votre ordinateur. Parfois, l’appareil photo peut s’afficher sous [Périphériques inconnus] dans le Gestionnaire de périphériques. Eteignez l’appareil photo, retirez le câble USB, branchez de nouveau le câble USB et allumez

l’appareil photo.

Scénario 3 Une erreur inopinée s’est produite au cours du transfert d’un fichier.

Eteignez puis rallumez l’appareil photo. Transférez à nouveau ce fichier.

Scénario 4 Connexion de l’appareil photo à l’aide d’un concentrateur

USB

Si vous vous servez d’un concentrateur USB, vérifiez d’abord que celui-ci est compatible avec votre ordinateur pour vous épargner des problèmes de connexion. Chaque fois que possible, connectez l’appareil directement à l’ordinateur.

Scénario 5 Est-ce que d’autres câbles USB sont branchés sur l’ordinateur ?

Il se peut que l’appareil photo ne fonctionne pas correctement si d’autres câbles USB sont déjà branchés

àl’ordinateur. Dans ce cas, débranchez les autres câbles USB et ne branchez que celui de l’appareil photo.

des entrées Périphériques inconnus ou Autres périphériques sont précédées d’un point d’interrogation jaune (?) ou des périphériques sont précédés d’un point d’exclamation (!).

Cliquez à l’aide du bouton droit sur l’entrée avec le point d’interrogation (?) ou d’exclamation (!) et sélectionnez

«Supprimer ». Redémarrez l’ordinateur et branchez de nouveau l’appareil photo.

Scénario 7 Avec certains logiciels de sécurité informatique (Norton AntiVirus, V3, etc.), il se peut que l’ordinateur ne reconnaisse pas l’appareil photo comme un disque amovible.

Arrêtez votre logiciel de sécurité et branchez l’appareil photo à l’ordinateur. Reportez-vous aux instructions du logiciel sur la manière de le suspendre temporairement.

Scénario 8 L’appareil photo est connecté au port USB situé à l’avant de l’ordinateur.
