Lorsque DirectX 9.0c ou supérieur n’est pas installé Installez DirectX 9.0c ou supérieur.

1)Insérez le CD fourni avec l’appareil photo.

2)Lancez l’Explorateur Windows, sélectionnez le dossier [Lecteur CD:\DirectX] et cliquez sur le fichier DXSETUP.exe. DirectX est alors installé.

Consultez le site Microsoft pour télécharger DirectX.

Si un ordinateur connecté à l’appareil photo arrête de répondre lorsque Windows démarre.

Dans ce cas, débranchez l’ordinateur et l’appareil photo et démarrez Windows. Si le problème survient de manière répétée, paramétrez Legacy USB Support sur désactiver et redémarrez l’ordinateur. Legacy USB Support se trouve dans le menu de configuration du BIOS. (Le menu de configuration du BIOS est différent selon les fabricants d’ordinateurs et certains menus BIOS n’ont pas le paramètre "Legacy USB Support".) Si vous ne parvenez pas à changer le menu vous- même, contactez le fabricant de l’ordinateur ou celui du BIOS.
