Dříve než kontaktujete servisní středisko

Zkontrolujte prosím jednotlivé položky následujícího seznamu:

Fotoaparát nelze zapnout Baterie není dostatečně nabitá.

Vložte nabité baterie. (str. 15)

Baterie není správně vložena s ohledem na polaritu.

Při vkládání baterie do fotoaparátu dodržujte vyznačenou polaritu (+, -).

Během používání se fotoaparát vypne

Baterie je zcela vybitá.

Vložte nabité baterie. Fotoaparát byl vypnut automaticky.

Znovu fotoaparát zapněte.

Přístroj přestal pracovat při nízké teplotě, která je mimo rozsah použití fotoaparátu.

Ohřejte fotoaparát a baterii tak, že si je například vložíte do kapsy, a poté těsně před snímáním vložte baterii do přístroje a fotografujte.

Fotoaparát při stisknutí tlačítka spouště nefotografuje Nedostatek volné paměti.

Vymažte nepotřebné snímky. Paměťová karta nebyla zformátována.

Zformátujte paměťovou kartu (str. 54). Karta je chráněna proti zápisu.

Vložte novou paměťovou kartu. Karta je chráněna proti zápisu.

Viz chybová zpráva [Karta zablokována]. (str. 83) Fotoaparát je vypnutý.

Zapněte fotoaparát. Baterie je zcela vybitá.

Vložte nové baterie (str. 15).

Baterie není správně vložena s ohledem na polaritu.

Při vkládání baterie do fotoaparátu dodržujte vyznačenou polaritu (+, -).

Fotoaparát náhle přestane za provozu fungovat Došlo k vypnutí fotoaparátu v důsledku závady.

Vyměňte nebo znovu vložte baterie a fotoaparát zapněte.

Snímky jsou nečitelné

Snímek byl exponován bez nastavení vhodného režimu makro.

Vyberte vhodný režim makro a exponujte snímek znovu. Objekt je mimo dosah blesku.

Exponujte objekt v dosahu blesku. Objektiv je znečištěný nebo umazaný.

Vyčistěte objektiv.
