Avant de contacter un centre de service à la clientèle

Vérifiez les éléments suivants.

L’appareil photo ne se met pas sous tension.

•La capacité de la batterie est faible.

Insérez de nouvelles batteries. (p.15)

•La batterie est mal insérée, la polarité est inversée.

Introduisez la batterie en tenant compte de la polarité (+/-).

L’alimentation de l’appareil photo se coupe au cours de l’utilisation

•La batterie est faible.

Insérez de nouvelle batteries chargées.

•L’appareil photo s’éteint automatiquement.

Allumez de nouveau l’appareil photo, verifiez la batterie.

•Le fonctionnement a cessé dans des conditions de température basse, en dehors de la plage de température d’utilisation.

Réchauffez l’appareil photo et la batterie en les mettant dans votre poche (exemple), puis juste avant la prise de vue, mettez la batterie dans l’appareil photo et prenez vos photos.

L’appareil ne prend pas de photo lorsque la touche d’obturateur

est actionnée.

•Capacité mémoire insuffisante.

Supprimez les fichiers images inutiles.

•La carte mémoire n’est pas formatée.

Formatez la carte mémoire (p.89).

•La carte mémoire est vide.

Insérez une nouvelle carte mémoire.

•La carte mémoire est verrouillée.

Reportez-vous au message d’erreur [CARTE VERROUIL!].

•L’alimentation de l’appareil photo est coupée.

Mettez l’appareil photo sous tension.

•La batterie est faible.

Insérez de nouvelles batteries. (p.15)

•La batterie est mal insérée, la polarité est inversée.

Introduisez la batterie en tenant compte de la polarité (+/-).

L’appareil photo s’arrête soudain en cours d’utilisation.

•L’appareil photo s’est arrêté en raison d’un mauvais fonctionnement.  Retirez/insérez de nouveau la batterie et allumez l’appareil photo.

Les touches de l’appareil photo ne réagissent pas.

•Mauvais fonctionnement de l’appareil photo.

 Retirez/insérez de nouveau la batterie et allumez l’appareil photo.
