La tarjeta de memoria SD/SDHC tiene un interruptor de protección para prevenir que los archivos de las imágenes sean eliminados o formateados. Al deslizar el interruptor hacia la parte inferior de la tarjeta de memoria SD, los datos quedarán protegidos. Al deslizar el interruptor hacia la parte superior de la tarjeta de memoria SD, la protección de los datos quedará cancelada.
