V pfiípadû nefungujícího pfiipojení pomocí rozhraní USB si pfieãtûte následující kapitolu.

Pfiípad 1 Kabel USB není pfiipojen, nebo se nejedná o dodávan˘ kabel USB. Pfiipojte dodan˘ kabel USB.

Pfiípad 2 Poãítaã nemÛÏe rozpoznat fotoaparát.

Nûkdy je fotoaparát ve Správci zafiízení zobrazen jako [Neznámé zafiízení].

Nainstalujte správnû ovladaã fotoaparátu.

Vypnûte fotoaparát, odpojte kabel USB, znovu jej pfiipojte a zapnûte fotoaparát.

Pfiípad 3 Bûhem pfienosu souborÛ do‰lo k neoãekávané chybû. Fotoaparát vypnûte a znovu zapnûte. Opakujte pfienos souboru.

Pfiípad 4 Pokud pouÏíváte rozboãovaã USB.

Není-li rozboãovaã kompatibilní s poãítaãem, problém mÛÏe nastat bûhem pfiipojování fotoaparátu k poãítaãi prostfiednictvím rozboãovaãe USB. Je-li to moÏné, pfiipojte fotoaparát k poãítaãi pfiímo.

Pfiípad 5 Jsou k poãítaãi pfiipojeny také jiné USB kabely?

Fotoaparát nemusí správnû fungovat, pokud je souãasnû k poãítaãi pfiipojen i jin˘ kabel USB. V tomto pfiípadû odpojte ostatní kabely a pfiipojte pouze fotoaparát.

Pfiípad 6

KdyÏ spustíte Správce zafiízení (klepnutím na poloÏky Start

 

(Nastavení)

Ovládací panely (V˘kon a údrÏba) Systém

 

(Hardware)

Správce zafiízení), objeví se zde Neznámé zafiízení

 

nebo Jiné zafiízení s velk˘m Ïlut˘m otazníkem (?) nebo velk˘m

 

vykfiiãníkem (!).

 

Prav˘m tlaãítkem my‰i klepnûte na otazník (?) nebo vykfiiãník (!) a

 

vyberte "Odinstalovat". Restartujte poãítaã a znovu fotoaparát pfiipojte.

 

U systému Windows 98SE také odinstalujte ovladaã fotoaparátu,

 

restartujte poãítaã a znovu ovladaã fotoaparátu nainstalujte.

Pfiípad 7

Pfii pouÏití nûkter˘ch antivirov˘ch programÛ (Norton Anti Virus, V3,

 

apod.) nemusí poãítaã rozpoznat fotoaparát jako vyjímateln˘ disk.

 

Zastavte ãinnost antivirov˘ch programÛ a pfiipojte fotoaparát k poãítaãi.

 

Podrobnosti naleznete v pokynech k antivirov˘m programÛm, kde jsou

 

uvedeny informace o tom, jak doãasnû zastavit jejich ãinnost.

Pfiípad 8

Fotoaparát je pfiipojen k USB portu poãítaãe, kter˘ je umístûn v pfiední

 

ãásti poãítaãe.

 

 

Je-li fotoaparát pfiipojen k ãelnímu portu USB, nemusí poãítaã správnû

 

fotoaparát rozpoznat. Pfiipojte fotoaparát k portu USB umístûném na

 

zadní stranû poãítaãe.
