Nelze-li v počítači přehrát videoklip

KPokud videoklip pořízený fotoaparátem na počítači nelze přehrát, příčina většinou tkví v kodeku instalovaném v počítači.

„Není instalován DirectX 9.0 nebo novější verze ο Nainstalujte verzi DirectX 9.0 nebo novější.

1)Do počítače vložte disk CD, který je součástí balení.

2)Spusťte aplikaci Průzkumník Windows a vyberte složku [Jednotka CD-ROM:\ USB Driver\DirectX 9.0] a klepněte na soubor DXSETUP.exe. Proběhne instalace rozhraní DirectX. Rozhraní DirectX si také můžete stáhnout z webové adresy http://www.microsoft.com/directx.

„Počítač se spuštěným systémem Windows 98SE přestane reagovat při opakovaném připojení fotoaparátu

ο Je-li počítač se systémem Windows 98SE spuštěn delší dobu a fotoaparát je opakovaně připojován, nemusí počítač fotoaparát rozpoznat. V takovém případě počítač restartujte.

„Počítač připojený k fotoaparátu přestane reagovat při spouštění systému Windows.

οV tomto případě odpojte fotoaparát od počítače a systém Windows bude spuštěn. Pokud problém přetrvává, vypněte podporu Legacy USB Support a znovu počítač restartujte. Nastavení podpory Legacy USB Support naleznete v nabídce systému BIOS počítače. (Nabídka systému BIOS se u různých výrobců počítačů liší a v některých případech položku Legacy USB Support nemusí obsahovat.) Nemůžete-li toto nastavení změnit sami, kontaktujte dodavatele počítače nebo systému BIOS.

„Není-li možné videoklip vymazat, není-li možné odpojit vyjímatelný disk nebo zobrazí-li se během přenosu souborů chybové hlášení.

οNainstalujete-li pouze aplikaci Samsung Master, občas k uvedeným problémům může docházet.

-Ukončete aplikaci Samsung Master klepnutím na ikonu Samsung Master, kterou naleznete v hlavním panelu.

-Nainstalujte aplikační programy, jež jsou součástí disku CD s programy.
