V případě nefungujícího připojení pomocí rozhraní USB si přečtěte následující kapitolu.

Případ 1 Kabel USB není připojen, nebo se nejedná o dodávaný kabel USB.

οPřipojte dodaný kabel USB.

Případ 2 Počítač nemůže rozpoznat fotoaparát. Někdy je fotoaparát ve Správci zařízení zobrazen jako [Neznámé zařízení].

οNainstalujte správně ovladač fotoaparátu.Vypněte fotoaparát, odpojte kabel USB, znovu jej připojte a zapněte fotoaparát.

Případ 3 Během přenosu souborů došlo k neočekávané chybě. οFotoaparát vypněte a znovu zapněte. Opakujte přenos souboru.

Případ 4 Pokud používáte rozbočovač USB.

οNení-li rozbočovač kompatibilní s počítačem, problém může nastat během připojování fotoaparátu k počítači prostřednictvím rozbočovače USB. Je-li to možné, připojujte fotoaparát k počítači přímo.

Případ 5 Jsou k počítači připojeny také jiné USB kabely?

οFotoaparát nemusí správně fungovat, pokud je současně k počítači připojen i jiný kabel USB. V takovém případě odpojte ostatní kabely USB a připojte pouze jedním USB kabelem fotoaparát.

Případ 6	Když spustíte Správce zařízení (klepnutím na položky Start
	(Nastavení) Ovládací panely (Výkon a údržba) Systém
	(Hardware) Správce zařízení), objeví se zde hlášení "Neznámá
	zařízení nebo Jiná zařízení" se žlutým otazníkem (?) nebo
	vykřičníkem (!).

οPravým tlačítkem myši klepněte na otazník (?) nebo vykřičník (!) a vyberte "Odinstalovat". Restartujte počítač a znovu připojte fotoaparát. V systému Windows 98SE odinstalujte ovladač fotoaparátu, restartujte počítač a znovu ovladač fotoaparátu nainstalujte.

Případ 7	Při použití některých antivirových programů (Norton Anti Virus,
	V3, apod.) nemusí počítač rozpoznat fotoaparát jako vyměnitelný
	disk.
	οZastavte činnost antivirových programů a připojte fotoaparát
	k počítači. Podrobnosti naleznete v návodech k antivirovým
	programům, kde jsou uvedeny informace o tom, jak dočasně
	zastavit jejich činnost.
Případ 8	Fotoaparát je připojen k USB portu počítače, který je umístěn v
	přední části počítače.
	ο Je-li fotoaparát připojen k čelnímu portu USB, nemusí počítač
	správně fotoaparát rozpoznat. Připojte fotoaparát k portu USB
	umístěnému na zadní straně počítače.
