Jos elokuvaleikettä ei voi toistaa tietokoneessa, syynä on yleensä tietokoneeseen asennettu videokuvan koodausohjelma.

•QuickTime Player 7.4 käyttäminen

Asenna QuickTime Player 7.4 mukana toimitetulta CD-levyltä.

(QuickTime Player 7.4 tukee videokuvan H.264(MPEG4.AVC) pakkausta.)

Toistetaan käyttämällä QuickTime Player 7.4 -ohjelmaa

•Yhdistetyn pakkauksenhallinnan käyttäminen.

On suositeltavaa asentaa uusin yhdistetty pakkauksenhallinta. (Suositeltava pakkauksenhallinta: uusin K-Lite-pakkauksenhallinnan täysversio)

Toistetaan käyttämällä videotoistinta

(Jos K-lite-pakkauksenhallinnan täysiversio on asennettu, on suositeltavaa valita Media Player Classic tai Window Media Player 11.)

QuickTime Player 7.4 ja uusin K-lite-pakkauksenhallinnan versio edellyttävät Windows ServicePack 2 -versiota tai uudempaa.

Toisto voi keskeytyä tietokoneesta johtuvista syistä.

●Jos tietokone, jossa on Windows 98, lakkaa toistuvasti vastaamasta, kun kamera on yhdistetty tietokoneeseen

Jos tietokone, jossa on Windows 98, on ollut pitkään käynnissä ja kamera yhdistetään siihen toistuvasti, tietokone ei ehkä tunnista kameraa. Käynnistä tässä tapauksessa tietokone uudelleen.

●Jos tietokone, johon on yhdistetty kamera, lakkaa vastaamasta kun Windows käynnistetään.

Irrota tässä tapauksessa kamera tietokoneesta. Jos tämä ongelma ilmenee jatkuvasti, poista Legacy USB Support -tuki käytöstä ja käynnistä tietokone uudelleen. Legacy USB Support -vaihtoehto on BIOS-asetusvalikossa.

(BIOS-asetusvalikko vaihtelee tietokonevalmistajien mukaan. Joissakin BIOS-valikoissa ei ole Legacy USB Support -vaihtoehtoa.) Jos et voi tehdä valikkoon muutoksia, ota yhteys tietokoneen tai BIOSin valmistajaan.

●Jos elokuvaleikettä ei voi poistaa, siirrettävää levyä ei voi ilmoittaa tai tiedoston siirtämisen aikana näkyviin tulee virheilmoitus.

Jos asennat vain Samsung Master -ohjelman, edellä mainittuja ongelmia voi joskus esiintyä.

-Sulje Samsung Master -ohjelma napsauttamalla tehtäväpalkissa näkyvää Digimax Master -kuvaketta.

-Asenna kaikki ohjelmisto-CD-levyn ohjelmat.

●Jos katseluohjelmassa on erilainen näyttösuhde kuin näytössä.

Jos näytön erottelukyky on pienempi kuin tallennetun elokuvaleikkeen, katseluohjelman kuvasuhde voi olla erilainen kuin näytön kuvasuhde. Voit säätää kuvasuhdetta käyttämällä katseluohjelman valikkoa.
