Distorsion au niveau de l’image

•Comme l’appareil photo que vous avez acheté utilise un objectif grand angle, il peut y avoir des distorsions au niveau de l’image. Il s’agit là d’une caractéristique spéciale de l’objectif grand angle et non d’un problème lié au produit.

Les images sont trop claires

•L'exposition est excessive

€Réinitialisez la compensation de l’exposition.

Absence d'image sur l'écran du moniteur externe

•La connexion de l'appareil photo au moniteur externe a échoué

€Vérifiez les câbles de connexion.

•Fichiers incorrects dans la carte mémoire

€Insérez une carte mémoire qui comporte des fichiers corrects.

Lors de l’utilisation de l’explorateur du PC, le fichier du [Disque amovible] n’apparaît pas

•Le câble n’est pas branché correctement

€Vérifiez les branchements.

•L’appareil photo est éteint

€Allumez l’appareil photo.

•Le système d’exploitation installé sur votre ordinateur n’est pas Windows 98SE, 2000, ME, XP, Vista / Mac OS 10.2 ou supérieur. Ou votre ordinateur ne supporte pas la norme USB
