Вариант 6 Когато отворих диспечера на устройства (чрез щракване върху бутона Start (Старт) → (Settings (Настройки)) → Control Panel (Контролен панел) → (Performance and Maintenance (Изпълнение и поддръжка)) → System (Система) → (Hardware (Хардуер)) → (Device Manager (Диспечер на устройства)), имаше записи за непознати устройства или други устройства със жълт въпросителен знак (?) до тях, или устройства със възклицателен знак (!) до тях.

→Щракнете с десния бутон на мишката върху съответния запис с въпросителен (?) или възклицателен (!) знак и изберете опцията за премахване. Рестартирайте компютъра, а след това свържете фотоапарата отново. За компютър с Windows 98SE премахнете драйвера за фотоапарата, рестартирайте компютъра, а след това инсталирайте драйвера отново.

Вариант 7 С някои програми за защита (Norton AntiVirus, V3 и др.) компютърът може да не разпознае фотоапарата като сменяем диск.

→Спрете програмите за защита и свържете фотоапарата към компютъра. Вж. инструкциите към съответната програма за защита относно това как да я забраните временно.

Вариант 8 Фотоапаратът е свързан към USB порта отпред на компютъра.

→Когато фотоапаратът е свързан към предния USB порт, компютърът може да не разпознае фотоапарата. Свържете фотоапарата към USB порт отзад на компютъра.

●Когато съответният видеоклип не се възпроизвежда на компютъра.

h Когато записаният на фотоапарата видеоклип не се възпроизвежда на компютъра, причината най-често е в инсталирания на компютъра кодек.

●Когато не е инсталиран кодек за възпроизвеждане на видеоклипове или инсталираният кодек не е съвместим.

→ Инсталирайте кодека, както е показано по-долу.

1.Инсталиране на XviD кодека

1)Поставете компактдиска, предоставен с фотоапарата.

2)Изпълнете Windows Explorer и изберете папката [CD-ROM drive:\ XviD] (CD-ROM устройство:\XviD), след което щракнете файла XviD- 1.1.2-01112006.exe.
