Supported memory cards
Your camera supports SD (Secure Digital), or SDHC (Secure Digital High Capacity) memory cards.

Label (front)
You can prevent files from being deleted by using the write- protect switch on the SD or SDHC card. Slide the switch down to lock or slide it up to unlock. Unlock the card when shooting.
Memory card capacity
The memory capacity may differ depending on the scenes you shoot or the shooting conditions. These capacities are based on a 1 GB SD card:
