Kui esineb USB-ühenduse tõrge, kontrollige palun järgnevat.

Juhtum 1 USB-kaabel ei ole ühendatud või see pole seadmega kaasas- olev USB-kaabel.

Ühendage seadmega kaasasolev USB-kaabel.

Juhtum 2 Teie arvuti ei tunne fotoaparaati ära. Mõnikord võib fotoaparaat ilmuda Seadmehalduris (Device Manager) rubrii- gi [Unknown Devices/ Tundmatud seadmed] alla.

Installige fotoaparaadi draiv õigesti.

Lülitage fotoaparaat välja, eemaldage USB-kaabel, ühen- dage USB-kaabel uuesti ja seejärel lülitage fotoaparaat sisse.

Juhtum 3 Failide edastamisel tekkis ootamatu tõrge.

Lülitage fotoaparaadi toide välja ja siis uuesti sisse. Edas- tage fail uuesti.

Juhtum 4 USB jaoturi kasutamine.

Võib tekkida probleem fotoaparaadi ühendamisel arvutiga USB jaoturi kaudu, kui arvuti ja jaotur ei ühildu. Kui võimalik, ühendage fotoaparaat otse arvuti külge.

Juhtum 5 Kas arvutiga on ühendatud teised USB-kaablid? Fotoaparaadil võib tekkida tõrge, kui see on ühendatud arvutiga samal ajal kui mõni teinegi USB-kaabel.

Sellisel juhul ühendage teine USB-kaabel lahti ja ühendage fotoaparaadi külge ainult üks USB-kaabel.

Juhtum 6 Kui avan Seadmehalduri (Device Manager) (klõpsates Start (Settings / Seaded) Control Panel / Juhtpaneel (Performance and Maintenance / Töö ja hooldus) System / Süsteem (Hardware

/Riistvara) Device Manager / Seadmehaldur), on seal kirjed "Unknown Devices / Tundmatud seadmed" või "Other Devices

/Muud seadmed", mille kõrval on kollane küsimärk (?), või seadmed, mille kõrval on hüüumärk (!).

Tehke hiirega paremklõps küsimärgi (?) või hüüumärgiga (!) kirjel ja valige “Remove” ("Eemalda"). Taaskäivitage arvuti ja ühendage fotoaparaat uuesti. Windows 98SE-ga arvuti puhul eemaldage ka fotoaparaadi draiv, taaskäivitage arvuti ja installige fotoaparaadi draiv uuesti.

Juhtum 7 Mõne viirusetõrjeprogrammi puhul (Norton Anti Virus, V3 jne.) ei pruugi arvuti fotoaparaati irdkettana ära tunda. Peatage viirusetõrjeprogrammid ja ühendage fotoaparaat arvutiga. Lugege viirusetõrjeprogrammi juhiseid programmi ajutise blokeerimise kohta.

Juhtum 8 Fotoaparaat on ühendatud arvuti esiküljel asuva USB-pordiga.

Kui fotoaparaat on ühendatud arvuti esiküljel asuva USB-pordiga, ei pruugi arvuti seda ära tunda. Ühendage fotoaparaat arvuti tagaküljel asuva USB-pordiga.
