Asenna DirectX 9.0c tai uudempi.

1)Aseta kameran mukana toimitettu CD-levy levyasemaan.

2)Käynnistä Windowsin Resurssienhallinta ja valitse CD-ROM- asema. Valitse DirectX -kansio ja kaksoisnapsauta DXSETUP. exe-tiedostoa. DirectX asennetaan. DirectX on ladattavissa Microsoftin verkkosivuilta.

Jos tietokone, johon on yhdistetty kamera, lakkaa vastaamasta kun Windows käynnistetään
