Ofte stilte spørsmål

Kontroller følgende hvis USB-tilkoblingen ikke fungerer.

Tilfelle 1 USB-kabelen er ikke tilkoblet, eller det er ikke den medfølgende USB-kabelen som er tilkoblet. Koble til den medfølgende USB-kabelen.

Tilfelle 2 Kameraet gjenkjennes ikke av datamaskinen. Kameraet vises noen ganger under [Unknown Devices (Ukjente enheter)] i Enhetsbehandling

Slå av kameraet. Ta ut USB-kabelen, plugg inn USB-kabelen på nytt og slå på kameraet.

Tilfelle 3 Det oppstår en uventet feil under filoverføring. Slå kameraet av og på igjen. Overfør filen på nytt.

Tilfelle 4 Ved bruk av en USB-hub.

Det kan være et problem med tilkoblingen av kameraet til datamaskinen med USB-huben hvis datamaskinen og huben ikke er kompatible. Koble kameraet direkte til datamaskinen hvis mulig.

Tilfelle 5 Er det andre USB-kabler tilkoblet datamaskinen? Kameraet kan slutte å fungere når det er koblet til data- maskinen samtidig som en annen USB-kabel. Koble fra den andre USB-kabelen og koble den medfølgende USB-kabelen til kameraet.

Tilfelle 6 Når jeg åpner Enhetsbehandling (ved å klikke Start (Innstillinger) Kontrollpanel (Ytelse og vedlikehold) System (Maskinvare) Enhetsbehandling), finnes det ukjente enheter eller andre enheter med et gult spørsmålstegn (?) ved siden av dem, eller enheter med et utropstegn (!) ved siden av.

Høyreklikk på oppføringen med spørsmålstegnet (?) eller utropstegnet (!) og velg "Fjern". Start datamaskinen på nytt og koble til kameraet igjen.

Tilfelle 7 I noen sikkerhetsprogrammer (Norton Anti Virus, V3 osv.), gjenkjenner ikke datamaskinen kameraet som en flyttbar disk.

Slå av sikkerhetsprogrammene og koble kameraet til datamskinen. Se instruksjonene for sikkerhetsprogrammet for informasjon om hvordan du midlertidig deaktiverer programmet.

Tilfelle 8 Kameraet er tilkoblet USB-porten foran på datamaskinen.

Hvis kameraet er tilkoblet USB-porten foran på data- maskinen kan det hende at datamaskinen ikke gjenkjen- ner kameraet. Koble kameraet til USB-porten bak på datamaskinen.
