Using the Scene mode

In Scene mode, you can capture a photo with options that are preset for a specific scene.

1Rotate the mode dial to .

2Select a scene.

3Align your subject in the frame, and then half-press [Shutter] to focus.

4Press [Shutter] to capture the photo.

Frame Guide

Capture still-life scenes and landscapes.

 

 

Close up

Capture detailed parts of a subject or small subjects, such as

flowers or insects.

 

Text

Clearly capture text from printed or electronic documents.

 

 

Sunset

Capture scenes at sunset, with natural-looking reds and

yellows.

 

 

 

Dawn

Capture scenes at sunrise.

 

 

Backlight

Capture backlit subjects.

 

 

Fireworks

Capture colorful fireworks at night.

 

 

Beach & Snow

Reduce underexposure of subjects caused by sunlight
