Hvis det er vanskeligt at se billedet i søgeren klart, flyttes dioptrijusteringsknappen til siden. Dioptrien kan justeres mellem -2,5 m -1og +1,5 m-1.

1. Se gennem søgeren, og ret kameraet mod et godt oplyst motiv. Flyt dioptrijusteringsknappen mod venstre eller højre.

Juster knappen, indtil AF-rammen i søgeren er i fokus.

Øjestykket fastgøres til søgerdelen, inden kameraet forlader fabrikken. Dioptrijustering er mulig, selv om øjestykket sidder på kameraet. Justering er dog lettere, hvis øjestykket fjernes som vist ovenfor. Det gøres ved at trække den ene side af øjestykket FN ud og mod dig selv som vist til højre.

Hvis det er vanskeligt at se billedet i søgeren klart, selv om du har indstillet dioptrijusteringsknappen, kan du bruge dioptrikorrektionslinseadapteren (sælges særskilt). Øjestykket skal imidlertid fjernes.
