Im Smart Auto-Modus erkennt die Kamera Umgebungsbedingungen und passt Faktoren wie Verschlusszeit, Blendenwert, Belichtungsmessung, Weißabgleich und Belichtungskompensation, die Anteil an der Belichtung haben, automatisch an. Da die Kamera die meisten Funktionen steuert, sind einige Aufnahmeoptionen eingeschränkt.
