MIKROTO’LQINLI PECHNING ISHLASH TAMOYILI

Mikroto’lqinlar yuqori chastotali elektromagnit to’lqinlardir; mikroto’lqinlardan ajralib chiqadigan quvvatlar taomlarni tayyorlash yoki ularning shakli va ranglarini o’zgartirmasdan isitishga imkon beradi.

Mikroto’lqinli pechdan quyidagilar uchun foydalanish mumkin:

•muzdan tushirish;

•tezkor isitish/tayyorlash;

•tayyorlash.

Taom tayyorlash tamoyili

1.Magnetron tomonidan hosil qilinadigan o’ta yuqori chastotali to’lqinlar aylanuvchi patnisda taomni aylantirish jarayonida bir tekis taqsimlanadi. Shuning hisobiga taom bir tekis tayyorlanadi.

2.Mikroto’lqinlar mahsulot ichiga 2,5 sm

chuqurlikkacha kiradi. Keyin issiqlik bilan qayta ishlash issiqlikning mahsulot ichida tarqalishi hisobiga davom ettiriladi.

3.Tayyorlash vaqti foydalaniladigan idishlar va mahsulotning quyidagi xususiyatlariga bog’liq ravishda turlicha bo’lishi mumkin:

•mahsulotlarning miqdori va zichligi;

•ularning tarkibidagi suvning miqdori;

•boshlang’ich harorat

(mahsulotning muzlatilganligi yoki yo’qligi).

•taomni bir tekis, jumladan markazigacha bir tekis tayyotlash;

•taomning butun hajmi bo’yicha bir xil harorat.

PECHNING ISHLASHINI TEKSHIRISH

Quyida bayon qilingan oddiygina protsedura istalgan vaqtda pechning to’g’ri ishlayotganligini tekshirish imkonini beradi. Boshqaruv panelining quyi chap burchagidagi katta tugmachani bosgan holda pech eshikchasini oching. Aylanuvchi patnisga suv quyilgan stakanni joylashtiring. Keyin eshikchani yoping.

1.СВЧ (Quvvat darajasi) tugmachasini bosing va

1 мин (1 daq) tugmasini kerakli marta bosgan holda

4 daqiqadan 5 daqiqagacha bo’lgan vaqtni o’rnating.

2.СТАРТ (START) tugmachasini bosing.

Natija: Pechdagi suv 4-5 daqiqa davomida isiydi. Keyin suv qaynashi kerak.

Pech tegishli o’zgaruvchan tok tarmog’i rozetkasiga ulangan bo’lishi kerak. Pechga aylanuvchi patnis o’rnatilgan bo’lishi kerak. Agar eng yuqori darajadagidan farq qiluvchi quvvat darajasidan foydalanilsa, suvni qaynash darajasiga yetkazish uchun ko’proq vaqt talab qilinadi.

QUVVATLARNI TEJASH REJIMINI SOZLASH

Ushbu pech quvvatlarni tejash rejimi bilan jihozlangan. Ushbu rejim pechdan foydalanilmayotgan vaqtda elektr quvvatini tejab qolishga imkon beradi.

• Quvvatni tejash rejimidan chiqish uchun eshikchani oching, keyin displeyda joriy vaqt namoyish qilinadi. Pech foydalanishga tayyor.
