››Apertura di un documento

1 Aprite il menu Applicazioni e selezionate Polaris Office.

2 Selezionate Browser → un tipo di documento.

3 Visualizzate il documento secondo le vostre preferenze.

●● Per selezionare un documento (Word, Excel o presentazione), toccate il touch screen.

●● Per salvare il documento con un altro nome, selezionate

→Salva come.

●● Per cercare o sostituire del testo in un documento, selezionate → Trova&Sostituisci.

●● Per aumentare o diminuire lo zoom, posizionate due dita sul touch screen e allontanatele oppure avvicinatele. Potete, in alternativa, selezionare → Ingrandisci/Riduci.

●● Per stampare un file tramite connessione Wi-Fi o cavo USB, selezionate → Stampa. La compatibilità di questo tablet è garantita soltanto con alcune stampanti Samsung.

●● Per passare alla modalità Multischermo, selezionate .

Le opzioni disponibili potrebbero variare in base al tipo di documento.

››Gestione dei documenti online

1 Aprite il menu Applicazioni e selezionate Polaris Office. 2 Selezionate Clouds → un account.

3 Inserite l’indirizzo e-mail e la password per accedere all’account, quindi selezionate OK.

4 Visualizzate e gestite i documenti sul server.
