Asiakirjojen luominen
Napauta ja valitse sitten asiakirjan tyyppi.
Voit muokata asiakirjaa näytön yläreunassa olevan muokkaustyökalupalkin avulla.
Lopeta napauttamalla näytön vasemmassa yläkulmassa olevaa asiakirjan kuvaketta, napauttamalla Tallenna, antamalla tiedostonimen, valitsemalla tallennuskansion ja napauttamalla Tallenna.
Voit tallentaa asiakirjan PDF-tiedostona napauttamalla näytön vasemmassa yläkulmassa olevaa asiakirjan kuvaketta, napauttamalla PDF-vienti, antamalla tiedostonimen ja napauttamalla Tuo.
Kun muokkaat asiakirjoja, napauta ja käytä sitten jotakin seuraavista toiminnoista:
• Siirry katselutilaan: Esikatsele asiakirja.
• Dian huomautus: Muokkaa dioissa olevia muistioita.
• Etsi/Korvaa: Hae tai korvaa tekstiä.
• Sivun asettelu: Muuta sivujen asettelua.
• Näytön muuntaminen: Käytä dioissa animaatio- tai siirtymätehosteita.
• Omat asetukset: Muuta näkymätilan asetuksia.
• Lue kaikki: Lue asiakirja teksti puheeksi -toiminnolla.
• Suodata: Näytä solut tiettyjen ehtojen mukaan.
• Lajittele: Lajittele solut tiettyjen ehtojen mukaan.
• Suojaa taulukko: Lukitse taulukko niin, että muut eivät pysty muokkaamaan sitä.
• Pysäytä: Pidä valittu rivi paikallaan.
• Laske uudelleen: Laske taulukon toiminnot uudelleen.
• Näytön kaappaus: Ota näyttökuva valitusta alueesta.
• Katso tiedot: Näytä asiakirjan tiedot.
• Ohje: Avaa POLARIS Officen käyttöohjeet.
