Laite jumiutuu tai ilmenee vakava virhe

Jos laite jumittuu tai lakkaa toimimasta, se voidaan saada taas toimimaan sulkemalla sovelluksia tai nollaamalla laite. Jos laite on jumissa eikä vastaa, paina virtapainiketta yli yhdeksän sekunnin ajan. Laite käynnistyy uudelleen automaattisesti.

Jos tämä ei ratkaise ongelmaa, palauta laite tehdasasetuksiin. Napauta Sovellukset-näytössä Asetukset →Varmuuskopioi ja palauta →Alkuperäisten tietojen palautus →Palauta laite

→Poista kaikki.

Laite antaa äänimerkin ja akun kuvake on tyhjä

Akun virta on vähissä. Laitteen käyttöä voi jatkaa, kun akku on ladattu tai vaihdettu.

Akku ei lataudu kunnolla tai laite sammuu

•Akun liitännät voivat olla likaiset. Pyyhi molemmat kullanväriset kosketuspinnat puhtaalla pehmeällä kankaalla ja yritä ladata akku uudelleen.

•Jos akku ei enää lataudu kokonaan, hävitä vanha akku oikein ja korvaa se uudella akulla (perehdy paikallisten viranomaisten antamiin akun asianmukaista hävittämistä koskeviin ohjeisiin).

Laite tuntuu kosketettaessa kuumalta

Kun käytät tavallista enemmän tehoa vaativia sovelluksia tai käytät sovelluksia laitteessa pidemmän aikaa, laite voi tuntua kosketettaessa kuumalta. Tämä on normaalia, eikä sen pitäisi vaikuttaa laitteen käyttöikään eikä suorituskykyyn.
