Lorsque vous avez défini un mode de verrouillage d’écran, vous devez le saisir à chaque fois que vous activez ou déverrouillez l’écran tactile.

Si vous oubliez votre code PIN de déverrouillage d’écran ou votre mot de passe, confiez votre appareil à un centre de service après-vente Samsung pour le déverrouiller.

Ouvrez la liste des applications et appuyez sur Paramètres → Localisation et sécurité → Configurer verrouillage écran → Modèle.

Prenez connaissance des instructions affichées et des exemples de modèles, puis appuyez sur Suivant.

Dessinez un modèle en faisant glisser votre doigt sur l’écran pour relier au moins 4 points.

Appuyez sur Continuer.

Dessinez à nouveau le modèle pour le confirmer. Appuyez sur Confirmer.

Définir un code PIN de déverrouillage

Ouvrez la liste des applications et appuyez sur Paramètres → Localisation et sécurité → Configurer verrouillage écran → Code PIN.

Saisissez un nouveau code de verrouillage d’écran (numérique) et appuyez sur Continuer.

Saisissez de nouveau le code de verrouillage d'écran, puis appuyez sur OK.
