Impostazione del conto alla rovescia

1.Nel Menu principale, selezionate Orologio → .

2.Inserite l’intervallo per il conto alla rovescia e selezionate Avvia.

3.Al termine del conto alla rovescia, tenete premuto Ferma per interrompere l’avviso.

Utilizzo del cronometro

1.Nel Menu principale, Orologio → .

2.Selezionate Avvia per avviare il cronometro.

3.Selezionate Giro per registrare gli intertempi.

4.Al termine, selezionate Ferma.

5.Selezionate Azzera per cancellare i tempi registrati.

Creazione di nuove attività

1.Nel Menu principale, selezionate Attività.

2.Selezionate Crea.

3.Inserite i dettagli dell’attività e selezionate Salva.

Creazione di un promemoria

1.Nel Menu principale, selezionate Promemoria.

2.Selezionate Crea.

3.Inserite il testo del promemoria.

4.Selezionate Indietro per nascondere la tastiera.

5.Selezionate un colore per lo sfondo.

6.Selezionate Salva.
