3.After customizing the server settings, select the dot next to data types to synchronize.
4.When you are finished, select Done.
To synchronize your Emails,
1.In Menu mode, select Email → the Exchange ActiveSync account.
2.Select 
→ Download.
To create a text template
1.In Menu mode, select Messages → 
→ My folders → Templates.
2.Select Create to open a new template window.
3.Enter your text and select Save.
To create a multimedia template
1.In Menu mode, select Messages → 
→ My folders → MMS cards.
2.Select Create to open a new template window.
3.Create a multimedia message, with a subject and desired attachments, to use as your template.
