Lo schermo tattile risponde lentamente o in modo errato

Se il dispositivo dispone di schermo tattile e quest’ultimo non risponde correttamente, provate le indicazioni seguenti:

Rimuovete eventuali protezioni dallo schermo tattile. Le protezioni possono impedire il riconoscimento degli input e non sono consigliate per i dispositivi con schermo tattile.

Accertatevi che le mani siano pulite e asciutte quando toccate lo schermo tattile.

Riavviate il dispositivo per cancellare eventuali errori del software.

Accertatevi che il software del dispositivo sia aggiornato alla versione più recente.

Se lo schermo tattile è rigato o danneggiato, portatelo al centro assistenza Samsung locale.

Le chiamate vengono interrotte

Se vi trovate in una zona con segnale debole o ricezione insufficiente, è possibile che perdiate il collegamento alla rete. Spostatevi in un’altra zona e riprovate.
