Os discos Blu-ray são um formato novo e em desenvolvimento. Por isso, podem surgir problemas de compatibilidade. Nem todos os discos são compatíveis e nem todos serão reproduzidos. Evite que o disco ﬁque sujo ou riscado.

Marcas de impressões digitais, poeiras, sujidade, riscos ou cinza de cigarro na superfície de gravação podem impedir a reprodução do disco.

Ao reproduzir um título de BD-Java, o carregamento pode ser mais demorado do que o normal ou algumas funções poderão ﬁcar mais lentas.

•Reprodução apenas de áudio de CDGs e não de gráﬁcos.

Pode não ser possível reproduzir alguns DVDs e discos comerciais e adquiridos fora da sua região. Quando se tenta reproduzir esses discos, é apresentada a indicação “Impossível ler este disco. Veriﬁque o código de região do disco.”.

Se um disco DVD-R/-RW não tiver sido gravado adequadamente em formato de vídeo DVD, não será possível reproduzi-lo.
