11 . Ga in het menu van het product naar Instellingen > Ondersteuning > Software- update.

12 . Selecteer Via USB.

OPMERKING

Tijdens het bijwerken van de software via de USB- aansluiting mag er geen disc in het apparaat zijn geplaatst.

Wanneer de software-update is voltooid, controleert u de software-informatie in het menu Software-update. Schakel het product niet uit tijdens de software-update. Dit kan de werking van het product kunnen verstoren. Software-updates via de USB-hostaansluiting

kunnen alleen worden uitgevoerd met een USB- flashgeheugenstick.

Op schijf

1 . Ga naar www.samsung.com.

2 . Klik rechtsboven aan de pagina op

SUPPORT.

3 . Geef in het zoekveld het modelnummer van het product op en klik vervolgens op Find Product.

4 . Klik in het midden van de pagina, onder de koptekst Downloads, op Get downloads.

5 . Klik op Firmware op het midden van de pagina.

6 . Klik op het ZIP-pictogram in de kolom Bestand rechts op de pagina.

7 . Klik in het pop-upvenster dat wordt weergegeven op OK om het firmwarebestand te downloaden naar uw pc en op te slaan.

8 . Decomprimeer het zip-bestand op uw computer. U zou één RUF-bestand moeten hebben.

9 . Schrijf het RUF-bestand op een disc. We raden aan een CD-R of DVD-R te gebruiken.

10 . Sluit de disc af voordat u deze uit de computer neemt.

11 . Plaats de disc in het product.

12 . Ga in het menu van het product naar Instellingen > Ondersteuning > Software- update.

13 . Selecteer Op schijf.

Via download

Met de optie Via download kunt u de upgrade uitvoeren met een bestand dat het product eerder heeft gedownload maar dat niet meteen is geïnstalleerd.

1 . Als er upgradesoftware is gedownload, wordt rechts naast Via download het versienummer van de software weergegeven.

2 . Selecteer Via download en druk vervolgens op E.

3 . Het product toont een bericht om te vragen of u de upgrade wilt uitvoeren. Selecteer Ja. De upgrade wordt gestart.

4 . Wanneer de upgrade is voltooid, schakelt het product zichzelf automatisch uit en weer in.

Upgrade standby-modus

U kunt de functie Upgrade in stand-bymodus zodanig instellen dat het product nieuwe upgradesoftware downloadt terwijl dit in de stand- bystand staat.

In de stand-bymodus staat het product uit, maar is de internetverbinding wel actief. Op deze manier kan het product de upgradesoftware automatisch downloaden op het moment dat u het product niet gebruikt.

1 . Druk op ▲▼ om Upgrade standby-modus te selecteren en druk op E.

2 . Selecteer Aan of Uit.

Als u Aan selecteert, downloadt het product de nieuwe upgradesoftware automatisch wanneer het in de stand-bymodus staat. Als er nieuwe upgradesoftware wordt gedownload, vraagt het product of u deze wilt installeren wanneer u het product inschakelt.

OPMERKING

Het product moet zijn verbonden met internet om de functie Upgrade in stand-bymodus te kunnen gebruiken. Als deze functie niet wordt weergegeven, kunt u een upgrade uitvoeren naar de nieuwste software en de functie gebruiken.
