Ako povezani TV ne podržava funkciju Filmski kadar ili odabranu rezoluciju, pojaviće se poruka "Ako se ne prikaže nikakva slika kada izaberete „Da“, sačekajte 15 sekundi da biste se vratili na prethodnu rezoluciju. Želite li da promenite rezoluciju?". Ako izaberete Da, ekran televizora će se zatamniti na 15 sekundi, a rezolucija će automatski biti vraćena na prethodnu vrednost.

Ako ekran ostane prazan nakon što ste promenili rezoluciju, izvadite sve diskove, a zatim pritisnite i držite pritisnut taster 5 na gornjoj ploči proizvoda duže od 5 sekundi. Sve postavke se vraćaju na fabrička podešenja. Ponovo pokrenite proceduru za početna podešavanja. Zatim, u meniju pređite na Podešavanja > Ekran > Rezolucija, i izaberite pravu rezoluciju za vaš televizor.

Kada pokrenete proceduru za početno podešavanje, ponovo izaberite samo jezik i proporciju ekrana (veličinu i format ekrana). Resetovanje ne utiče na podešavanja mreže, tako da možete da preskočite podešavanje mreže i ažuriranje softvera.
