Ako televizor koji ste povezali s proizvodom ne podržava značajku Filmski kadar ili razlučivost koju ste odabrali, prikazuje se poruka „Ako se nakon odabira 'Da' ne prikazuju slike, pričekajte 15 sekundi za povratak na prethodnu razlučivost. Želite li promijeniti razlučivost?". Ako odaberete Da, zaslon televizora će se zacrniti na 15 sekundi, a zatim će se razlučivost automatski vratiti na prethodno postavljenu.

Ako nakon promjene razlučivosti zaslon ostane prazan, uklonite sve diskove, zatim pritisnite i držite tipku 5 na gornjem dijelu uređaja dulje od 5 sekundi. Sve postavke vraćaju se na tvornički zadane. Ponovno pokrenite Postupak podešavanja početnih postavki. Zatim u izborniku idite na Postavke > Zaslon > Rezolucija i odaberite odgovarajuću razlučivost za televizor.

Kada pokrenete Postupak podešavanja početnih postavki ponovno odaberite samo jezik i omjer (veličina i format zaslona). Ponovno postavljanje ne utječe na mrežne postavke pa ćete vjerojatno moći preskočiti postavljanje mreže i nadogradnju softvera.

Nakon vraćanja na tvornički zadane postavke brišu se svi korisnički podaci spremljeni u podacima BD-a. Blu-ray disk mora imati značajku 24 kadra kako bi proizvod mogao rabiti način rada Filmski kadar (24Fs).
