A szervizhez fordulás előtt ellenőrizze a következőket.

A készülék nem kapcsolódik be.

•Be van dugva a konnektorba?

¼¼Dugja be a konnektorba.

Egy funkció nem működik a gomb megnyomásakor.

•Nincs jelen statikus elektromosság?

¼¼Húzza ki a dugót, majd csatlakoztassa újra.

Nincs hang.

•Nincs bekapcsolva a némítás?

•A hangerő nincs minimumon?

¼¼A Némítás gombbal kapcsolja ki a funkciót. ¼¼Növelje a hangerőt.

A távirányító nem működik.

•Lemerültek az elemek?

•Nem túl nagy a távolság a távirányító és a készülék között?

¼¼Cserélje ki az elemeket.

¼¼Menjen közelebb az egységhez.

A TV SoundConnect (TV csatlakoztatás) sikertelen.

•Támogatja a TV-je a TV SoundConnect funkciót?

•A TV szoftvere a legújabb verzió?

•Nincs hiba a csatlakozás során?

•Állítsa vissza a TV MÓDOT és csatlakoztassa újra.

¼¼A TV SoundConnect funkciót a 2012 után forgalomba hozott Samsung TV-k támogatják. Ellenőrizze, hogy a TV támogatja-e a TV SoundConnect funkciót.

¼¼Frissítse a TV-t a legújabb eszközszoftverrel. ¼¼Forduljon a Samsung ügyfélszolgálathoz.

¼¼Nyomja le a +# gombot 5 másodpercre a TV

SoundConnect kapcsolat visszaállításához.

A piros LED a mélyhangsugárzón villog és a mélyhangsugárzó nem ad ki hangot.
